Candy and I had Betty-Lynn build us a sidesaddle after she was so kind to lend us one of hers for regionals and nationals.

Candy found her saddle very comfortable and easy to sit in. She showed Billy Bob to a Top 5 at regionals. The saddle is very well built and we absolutely love the hand tooling.

Perhaps the best part of all is Betty-Lynn made sure the saddle fit the most important part of our team, Billy Bob.

I am learning to ride in it myself and am looking forward to showing with it this year.

How to Find a Sidesaddle

For the past two years, I have been searching for a sidesaddle that fits my horse. I tried everything: cheap saddles, expensive saddles, consulting with a sidesaddle expert, searching on my own.

None of the saddles fit, they were all sliding on my horse's back. I contacted lots of different saddle makers but nobody could really help me. This spring, I found Betty-Lynn's homepage and saw her wonderful sidesaddles. Should I try again ?

At first, I emailed Betty-Lynn several times and she always responded kindly and timely. So, I am now the owner of a wonderful sidesaddle made by Betty-Lynn. This was the best idea I have ever had!
